How do I get a price for a product?

This is an online catalogue, not a checkout store. On any product page, tap Enquire (or message us on WhatsApp) and tell us which item you're interested in. We'll reply with a tailored quote.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items are delivered to Hong Kong addresses within 5–7 working days. Made-to-order pieces typically take 6–15 weeks; we'll send an arrival notice about 10 days before dispatch.

Do you deliver outside Hong Kong?

Yes. We ship internationally — the freight company handles transit and any customs duty is payable on arrival. Email m@matchless-style.com for a shipping estimate.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns are for exchange only. Inform us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. Special order / made-to-order furniture cannot be returned or exchanged. See our Returns page for full details.

Do you install the products?

Supply only — installation is not included. We're happy to quote an installation charge on request.

How do I pay?

Once you accept a quote, we'll arrange payment. We currently accept payment by bank transfer and FPS (Faster Payment System), billed in HK$. You'll find the bank account or FPS number on your quotation or invoice, and your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

Can I visit a showroom?

We operate as a catalogue and sourcing service. Contact us and we'll be glad to guide you through the collections.
