Refund Policy

Our catalogue is enquiry-based. Once a quote is accepted and an order is confirmed, the amount paid is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items.

Refunds are considered only in the case of a confirmed defect or damage claim reported within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. Please email m@matchless-style.com with:

• Guest name and order number
• Product code / description
• Quantity of the items
• Reason for the refund request
• Supporting photos showing the damage discovered

Eligible items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Refunds are issued for exchange of the same colour and product model in accordance with the original order.

Conditions we do not refund

• Deviation of color.
• Special order / made-to-order furniture, as this merchandise is made to your specifications.
• Size variance of up to 5%. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure furnishings fit through all interior structures and into the desired space.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, natural disaster, improper voltage input, unauthorized repair, usage not according to the user manual, or any other external or human cause.

Matchless Style Limited reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund cases.
