Order Processing & Discount Code
The order details cannot be altered, amended, nor cancelled once confirmed. The amount paid is non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for other items.
- When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
- A discount code cannot be used after an order has been placed.
- Promotional discount codes – we may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
- Order lead-times on our make-to-order products will be different for different products and also varies througout the year, in general our delivery schedule are made between 6-15 weeks.
- Supply only, installation not included. Installation charge o be quoted upon your request.
- We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.
- In case of any dispute, Matchless Style Limited reserves the right of final decision.
International Shipping & Local Delivery (Hong Kong)
- Please be patient and wait for our arrival notice. Refer to our product page,you can find our standard leadtime for each item. If you have any queries, you can send email to email@example.com, and we will answer as soon as possible.
- Once we have a firm ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), you will receive an arrival notice via e-mail (usually 10 days in advance from when we expect to receive the item).
- Stock products can be delivered between 5-7 working days to our customers in Hong Kong.
- An e-mail notification is sent containing tracking information once your item(s) ships out.
- Matchless Style Limited shall not be held any responsible for the costs, expenses or losses (including consequential loss), directly or indirectly caused by the delay arrival of the items.
- However, the shipping service is not operated by Matchless Style Limited, therefore Matchless Style Limited will not guarantee the goods safety (including damages or loss) during the transit.
- If the product is damaged during transit, Matchless Style Limited will not take any responsibility, while customers or freight company solely responsible for the losses.
- Incorrectly entered addresses or changes post-shipment may delay delivery and incur extra shipping fees. Please enter address information in the appropriate boxes and double-check for typos and other errors.
- If the cargo do not fit in the lift, we are happy to carry your cargo up the stairs, but please understand that carrying furniture up and down stairs is hard work and incurs an industry-standard fee, which goes directly to the delivery boys who do the heavy lifting. Please note, this stair fee is not added to your invoice but is payable directly to the delivery team on the day.
- Upon the goods arrival, customers will be responsible to pay for custom tax duty if is needed.
- Hong Kong orders are not subject to taxes and duties.
- We accept payments made by AE, Visa, MasterCard (powered by Stripe) and UnionPay (powered by Aisapay).
- We take all reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Stripe, Paypal or Asiapay (depends on customer), a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.
- All final billing will be charged in $HK and converted to your local currency according to your banks’ currency conversion rates.
- Your debit or credit card is charged for the whole amount of the order when the order is created.
- You agree that all the Personal Data provided by you to us may be used and retained by us for the following purposes and for other purposes as may be agreed between you and us or required by law from time to time:
- Providing the Services;
- Analyzing, verifying and / or checking of your credit, payment and / or status in relation to the provision of the Services;

Any non-personal and/or commercial use of the material is only permitted when expressly authorised by Matchless-style.com and/or its third party licensors. You may not distribute, reproduce, publish, sell or license any material contained within the site without prior consent or authorization of homeless.hk. Any such unauthorized actions may result in civil consequences or criminal penalties. Matchless-style.com reserves the right to withdraw or amend any item of the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time and for any period.
After Sales Service
If you request to return for exchange, please follow the step as below. Our customer service will contact you soon.
Inform our customer service within 7 calendar days after the date of receiving the item(s) by sending e-mail to email@example.com and provide the following details to us for follow up.
- Guest Name
- Order number
- Product code/Description
- Quantity of the items
- Reason for return request
- supporting photos which showing all the damages discovered.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Returned items can only be exchanged with items of the same colour and product model in accordance with the original order.
For the following conditions, we are not allow to return :
- Deviation of color
- Matchless do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for special order furniture as this merchandise is made to your specifications.
- For all size, there may have 5% variance. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure furnishings fit through all interior structures and into the desired space
- Damage to the item is caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, natural disaster, improper voltage input, unauthorized repair, usage not according to the instructions given in the user manual or any other external or human cause; reserves the right to reject to return or providing repair services to customer.
Upon dispute, Matchless Style Limited reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
